Our Story

Two Brothers,
Two Continents

Terra Sol Group was founded by Amin and Hicham Deroui — two brothers who grew up between Morocco, Europe, and the United States. Amin is based in New York City. Hicham lives on the Costa del Sol. Together, they built Terra Sol Group to bridge the gap between American buyers and the Spanish property market.

Their approach is simple: Amin handles the first conversation, understanding your goals, lifestyle, and investment criteria from someone who speaks your language and knows your market. Then Hicham takes over on the ground — sourcing properties, coordinating viewings, and managing every detail of your trip and purchase.

Process

Every foreign buyer needs an Número de Identificación de Extranjero (NIE). We coordinate the application and help you open a Spanish bank account.
